Eandb Fashion has a 30 days return policy on unworn shoes/slippers, provided they are unused, undamaged and complete with all originals packaging. Returns will be refunded for gift card.
Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Eandb Fashion does not offer replacements or exchanges for fabrics or laces or clutches.

If you place your order on Fridays after 2pm (EST), your order will be handled the next Monday.
For orders outside US, prices do not include VAT. What this means is that duties/taxes may have to be paid upon arrival of your order. Eandb fashion unfortunately does not have control of this. Its strictly a local government issue.
